Welcome to Athlete House. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at Athletehousehi.store (the “Site”) and any related services, applications, or features (collectively, the “Platform”).

Athlete House is operated from Honolulu, Hawaii. Throughout these Terms, “Athlete House,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Athlete House. “You” refers to the user of the Platform.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DISPUTES

These Terms include provisions requiring binding arbitration and a waiver of class actions and jury trials. Unless you opt out within thirty (30) days of accepting these Terms:

  • Disputes must be resolved individually through arbitration.

  • You waive your right to sue in court or participate in a class action.

  • You waive your right to a jury trial.

6. ACCOUNTS

  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

12. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Arbitration will:

  • Be conducted individually (no class actions)

  • Take place in Honolulu, Hawaii

  • Be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

All court proceedings (if permitted) must be filed in courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Sale, constitute the entire agreement between you and Athlete House.

B. TERMS OF SALE

1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

A contract is formed when:

  1. You place an order.

  2. We confirm acceptance.

  3. We send shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Resale intent

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Inventory errors

If an order is canceled, you will receive a refund.

2. PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Prices are subject to change without notice.
We may correct pricing errors even after an order is placed.

3. SHIPPING

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Delivery risk transfers to you once delivered to your address.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. RETURNS

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided:

  • Items are unworn and unwashed

  • Tags are attached

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Exclusions may include:

  • Gift cards

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

C. GIFT CARDS

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash (except where required by law).

  • Lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable.
