Returns & Exchanges

We get it — sometimes a piece just doesn’t work out. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items purchased directly from Athlete House within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Athlete House currently ships to the United States and Canada only.


What Items Can Be Returned?

Unwanted items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Please review the exceptions below before submitting a return:

  • Underwear & Swimwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

  • Socks may be returned only if sealed in original packaging

  • Bottles and drinkware are non-returnable due to hygiene standards

  • Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned

  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit

    • In the U.S. and Canada, items discounted 60% or more are considered Final Sale and will be clearly labeled at checkout

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.


Refund Conditions

To receive a full refund, all returned items must arrive in new, resalable condition. Any item returned damaged, worn, washed, or in an unsuitable condition will not be eligible for a refund.

All returns are inspected upon arrival before refunds are processed.
